How do I purchase a plan?
You can purchase your plan through Paypal to an account that will be given to you once you've taken the free session.
What video-communication services can be used for our meetings?
Everytime our clients book a session, they will receive an email with a link to a Google Meet conference room. However, Skype is the service we initially suggest to our new clients for our first meeting. Facetime can be used as well.
Are 'Sessions' the same as lessons?
We call our meetings sessions because we want to provide a relaxing, conversational exchange in which there is always room to grow. We tailor sessions flexibly over time to help our clients develop confidence, and reach specific goals with their Spanish.
How do I book a session?
The process it's very simple and intuitive. Just go to the bookings page and you will be asked to select the type of lesson, your time zone, date and time, and to fill out your name, phone and email (also your Skype username if it's your first time.) If you want to book another lesson you will be asked to repeat the process.
It is recommended that you login the first time you book a lesson, that way, the next time you come back you won't have to fill out your info again. Lessons should be booked 12 hours in advance.
How do I cancel a session?
You can cancel a lesson 12 hours prior to our appointment. That said, flexibility is part of our service and every case is considered individually. You can cancel directly through the appointment system or send us an email to inform us.
Will I lose my credits if I decide or have to take a break from Spanish?
Your credits will be valid for a period of one year.
